We want you and your pup to love every order. If something isn't right, here's the instructions;
Return Windows by Supplier
- OIYA products — 14 days from delivery
- Pehom products — 14 days from delivery
- Lizush products — 10 days from delivery
- Bestia products — 10 days from delivery
- All other products — 10 days from delivery
To be eligible, items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
⚠️ Sale Items — Final Sale All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, no exceptions.
Where to Send Returns All returns are sent directly to the supplier. Return shipping instructions will be provided upon approval of your return request. Please do not send items back without contacting us or the supplier first at hello@mydoggatofeo.com.
Return Shipping — Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages & Issues — Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-returnable Items — Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges — Return the item and place a new order for the replacement.
EU Customers — 14-day cooling off period applies. Items must be in original condition.
Refunds — Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
